Since hamsters usually go to the bathroom in the same corner of the cage, potty-training your hammy is really easy. Just put a wide jar in that corner. And put a few droppings in the jar, so your hamster will recognize the smell of the poop-corner. Hopefully your hammy will now poop in the jar. And it's really easy to clean, too.
